Edina was born and raised in Budapest, Hungary. When she was in preschool, her favorite time of day was when she wasallowed to draw and paint.

As Edina got older, this love never faded. She liked going to art galleries and always had a desire to paint, but never pursued it. When Edina got married and moved to Florida, the beauty of beaches and sunsets inspired her so much, that she started to experiment how to paint, by herself, as a hobby at home. Although, she never went to school to learn how to paint, it became more than just a hobby, it became her passion! Her talent couldn’t go unnoticed, she quickly got recognized by local art galleries along the coast of Florida giving her the opportunity to have her own exhibition at the Englewood Art Center which is associated with the famous Ringling Art Collage in Sarasota. Her work was also displayed in the Venice Island Gallery as well. She also gained recognition for one of her paintings as she was awarded a Merit award for her work in a juried contest. Edina’s favorite things to paint are beach scenes and landscapes, but she is always up for the challenge when people ask her to paint new things for them. This helps her to learn and push her limits. Edina likes to paint large multiple piece paintings, which are arranged in a unique way, and likes topaint her own 3D looking “frame” around her single pieces or make it look they painted on wood by creating a unique faux wood look on canvas as background.
